The establishments and guests are required to comply with the following safety regulations:

• If you have experienced symptoms of illness in the last few days that indicate a respiratory disease, we ask you to refrain from staying with us.
• Disinfect hands when entering the establishment

• If possible 1.5 meters distance to other guest groups and employees.
• Please only a maximum of 2 persons in the lift
• Personal data is collected in accordance with the hospitality industry protection concept.

Our measures

We have taken the following measures:

• Mandatory covering of nose and mouth in public indoor areas
• Hand hygiene: Regular hand cleaning, avoid touching objects and surfaces if possible
• Keep distance: Employees and guests keep a distance of 1.5 meters between each other, movement and recreation zones have been defined, regulation of the number of users in rooms will be determined if necessary.
• There is sufficient disinfectant available in public areas.
• We will work particularly carefully at our reception desk. All keys, pens and credit card terminals you come in contact with will be disinfected after each use.
• Separating disks have also been attached.
• Consumption at the hotel bar is only allowed sitting
• Several times a day disinfection and cleaning of public areas (toilets, lifts, door handles, banisters).
• Regular airing of all areas.
• An air cleaning and humidification unit was installed in the breakfast room
